Mid-Town Belvedere

Mid-Town Belvedere is named for its geographic location in the middle of town and the famous Hotel Belvedere building that lies within its boundaries. Now condominiums, the Beaux Arts-style building offers efficiency, one and two-bedroom units. Other housing types in the neighborhood include rowhomes and high-rise apartments. This neighborhood is popular with DC commuters due to its proximity to Baltimore's Penn Station. Residents also enjoy easy access to dining, culture and entertainment options, including many restaurants, festivals and venues such as the Lyric Opera House, the Meyerhoff Symphony Hall and the Baltimore Theatre Project.
