Gerald Gorham Jr.

My name is Gerald Gorham Jr, and I am a licensed mortgage loan originator with Benchmark Mortgage. I am a Maryland native with many close ties to Baltimore City. I graduated from Mt. Saint Joseph High School in 2010 before moving to Georgia to attend college. I received my bachelor’s degree in accounting from Morehouse College in 2014, and I later received my master’s degree from the University of Maryland’s Global Campus in 2020.

I have been working in the mortgage industry since 2014 and have served as a mortgage analyst, a loan processor, and a loan originator. Throughout my many roles I have continuously sharpened my professional toolbox, allowing me to provide the best service that there is to offer. I am well-versed in credit repair, along with local down payment assistance programs.
