I’m Kim Lally Holmes and I’m a REALTOR and founder of the Holmes Glorioso Home Group of eXp Realty.

In addition to my partnership with Live Baltimore, I am also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). I’d also be happy to answer questions from you at any time. The real estate industry is constantly changing (laws, regulations, incentive programs, financing options, etc.) and I make it a priority to constantly be up to speed on all of the latest and greatest information. I have lived in Canton, Fells Point and Bolton Hill, but my expertise spans many more neighborhoods in this great city – so I know firsthand what city living and home buying is all about.

To tell you a little bit more about my background, I was born and raised in Catonsville, Maryland and went to college at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. I lived in DC for a few years after school, before moving home to beloved Baltimore. I spent the first 5 years of my professional career working as a managing consultant with IBM before obtaining my real estate license and pursuing my dream job. After nearly 8 years in the real estate business, I launched my own real estate company at the start of 2020: Holmes Glorioso Home Group. But enough about me – let’s talk about you!
