Niya Davis is a Baltimore native and trusted local real estate expert with more than 12 years of experience in the housing industry. She is an Associate Broker and Team Leader of the Navigation Home Team at Century 21 Harris Hawkins & Co., as well as a Board-Certified Credit Consultant.

Driven by a passion for helping others, Niya earned her undergraduate degree in Human Services Administration from the University of Baltimore, where she developed a strong foundation in client advocacy and relationship building. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, equipping her with advanced negotiation skills that help her consistently advocate for her clients’ best interests.
