Dr. Ebony McArthur

Dr. Ebony McArthur is a distinguished entrepreneur, educator, and community leader whose career reflects an unwavering commitment to excellence, service, and financial empowerment. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of several enterprises, including McArthur Realty Group, LLC; TMG Homes, LLC; McArthur Group Real Estate & Financial Literacy Academy, LLC; and The Werking Mom, LLC. In 2022, she expanded her impact by establishing the nonprofit organization McArthur Group Community Outreach, Inc., which advances community development through education, mentorship, and access to resources.

A licensed real estate investor, financial literacy coach, property and casualty insurance agent, and multi-million-dollar top-producing broker in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania, Dr. McArthur leverages more than 18 years of industry experience as an investor, landlord, and broker. In this capacity, she mentors and trains emerging real estate professionals, guiding them in areas such as wealth building through real estate, financial planning, research and development, marketing, and business growth strategies. Through her private career schools, she extends this knowledge to middle and high school students, equipping them with essential skills in budgeting, savings, credit management, and debt reduction, while also offering the Maryland 60-hour pre-licensing course to aspiring real estate professionals.

A six-time published author, Dr. McArthur has written extensively on business, financial literacy, and perseverance. Her works include The Fragrance of a Resilient Woman, an autobiographical reflection on overcoming adversity, and Building Wealth Through Real Estate: A Guide to a Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Investing Career, which provides practical strategies for achieving financial independence.

Born and raised in Baltimore City, Dr. McArthur is a proud graduate of Carver Vocational-Technical High School, where her concentration in Business Administration provided the foundation for her academic and professional trajectory. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Management, and, in 2023, a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. McArthur is deeply committed to her role as a wife and mother of four. She enjoys traveling, roller skating, and creating lasting memories with her family.
