I am a recent transplant to Baltimore City and I couldn’t be happier!  As a native Washingtonian, my knowledge of Baltimore was limited to the Inner Harbor and the stadiums. Now that I live in Pigtown, I am excited to join the ranks of happy “hons”.  Baltimore City is thriving with small and independent businesses, amazing restaurants, really down to earth people, and huge opportunities for growth, investment, and putting down long term roots.  Each neighborhood has its own unique identity but still rallies together for the benefit of the City, the Ravens and the O’s!

I am a 25+ year veteran in the housing industry and proudly affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. With offices in Fells Point, Annapolis, and Potomac, just to name a few, I have an office close to the many places my clients are moving to and from.  My professional designations include: Resort & Second Property Specialist, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified International Property Specialist, and Global Luxury Marketing Specialist.  Each of these designations are important to me because they represent areas that my clients and I are committed to. Born and raised in the Washington Metropolitan area, I have developed expert knowledge of the Baltimore region and Washington DC suburbs. My professional accomplishments include recognition by the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA), Delta Associates, and the Office of the County Executive for Montgomery County Maryland.  I am personally passionate about community development, neighborhood engagement, and sustainable growth and I excel in residential real estate marketing.
