Stephen Sattler
When my husband and I moved to Baltimore in 2003 after having lived for years in Washington and Boston, we immediately fell in love with the place. Baltimore has everything a great port city should have: an old and distinguished history, stunning architecture, neighborhoods for every conceivable style of living, and so much more.
If you’re relocating here from elsewhere, or if you’re already a resident and would like to explore other places to live, I’m your man. I have more than 25 years of marketing and other real estate-related experience, including nearly ten years on the board of Baltimore Heritage, which seeks to safeguard and adaptively restore the city’s many architectural treasures.
If you’re a seller, I can creatively market your home in a variety of ways to capture interest, and if you’re a buyer, I can help you explore the neighborhood or home that’s right for you, then help you navigate through the various negotiations, inspections, financing sources, government subsidies, and tax credits you could qualify for. And while historic homes are a specialty (we’re on our third restoration—this time on a 1920s-era bungalow in Mt. Washington), I also deeply appreciate the features that a newer or recently rehabbed home can offer. At a time when real estate prices are skyrocketing up and down the East Coast, Baltimore remains one of the last affordable options—for first-time and experienced buyers alike.
So whichever real estate transaction you’re looking to explore, I hope you’ll give me a call. I’m deeply committed to this city, and I look forward to sharing that knowledge and excitement with you.
