Steve first entered the real estate industry in 2015 when he launched a short-term rental property management business while living in Washington, DC. By the following year, his business had expanded into the picturesque Federal Hill neighborhood in Baltimore, Maryland. Although he loved his DC apartment and neighborhood, Steve and his family decided to embrace life in both cities and relocated to Baltimore, where they’ve happily lived since 2018.

With years of experience in both Baltimore and DC, Steve has gained extensive knowledge of the culture, neighborhoods, and real estate markets in these neighboring cities. He enjoys helping people relocate between these two vibrant American communities and their surrounding areas. Steve’s favorite transactions always end with someone moving to beautiful Baltimore City and watching his buyer flourish in their new community.
