Sherrie Rashid, CEO of The Rashid Group, LLC, is a highly accomplished Maryland real estate professional with over 24 years of experience. Recognized for her ability to seamlessly combine art, design, and real estate expertise, Sherrie offers clients a creative and comprehensive approach to buying, selling, and transforming homes. She holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation through the National Association of Realtors, equipping her with advanced skills in market analysis and pricing strategies to help clients achieve the best outcomes in their transactions.

Sherrie began her real estate career at RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc., supporting the business as an assistant to her husband, Naji Rashid, while working as a Licensed Insurance Agent. She later became a licensed Realtor to expand her contributions, rising to the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Her leadership was instrumental in growing the office to over 60 agents, serving Baltimore City and Maryland counties since 2001.

An artist and interior design enthusiast, Sherrie is pursuing her degree in Interior Design at the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) Catonsville campus. She served as President of the CCBC Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is a proud member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, further highlighting her commitment to education and excellence in her craft.
In addition to her real estate and design expertise, Sherrie brings extensive professional experience from roles with leading organizations, including Citibank, Citicorp, Northwest Airlines, Allstate, and Erie Insurance. Her diverse background enhances her ability to deliver client-focused, strategic solutions in all aspects of her work.
