How long have you lived in Baltimore City?

Which neighborhood do you currently live in?
Are you a homeowner or a renter?
Homeowner
If you had to live in a different Baltimore neighborhood, which would you choose and why? (Pretend money is no object.)
I LOVE Hamilton Hills, but if I had to live in another neighborhood, I’d love to live around Patterson Park. The park is so beautiful! Plus, there are always fun, family-friendly things happening around there.
What’s the best thing to do in Baltimore City on a Saturday night…go!
Dinner at Clavel followed by a nightcap at WC Harlan.
What is still on your Baltimore “to-do” list?
Attend the annual Monument Lighting in December.
Who is your favorite Baltimore mascot: Mr. Boh, the oriole bird, Poe (the raven), or someone else?
I don’t know if he is an official mascot, but Mr. Trash Wheel is my favorite Baltimore mascot.
What is one piece of advice would you give to someone moving to Baltimore from out of town?
Do your research! There is a community/scene for everybody in this city. You will find your tribe!
What do you love the most about the city?
The food scene. We have some of the best food in the country here.
What is your preferred mode of transportation?
I love walking!
What is your favorite feature of the city?
All the beautiful trees and greenery – especially during the fall season.
Besides Live Baltimore, what other local nonprofits do you support?
Teach For America Baltimore, the Y of Central Maryland, House of Ruth Maryland, and The Nolita Project.
What’s your favorite outdoor city activity?
Walking or running around Lake Montebello.
What is your superpower?
Being a mom! We can do anything!
Which Baltimore celebrity (past or present) would you most like to have dinner with?
What is your favorite locally made product?
Resurrection Abbey Brown Ale from The Brewer’s Art.
What is one thing you want the world to know about Baltimore?
Baltimore is a big city that can feel more like a town – that’s why some people call it “Smalltimore.” I love that I can have big city amenities but not feel lost in the crowds.
What is one thing you’d still like to learn about Baltimore?
I was a history major in college, so I’d like to learn more about the earliest days of Baltimore City.
What three words best describe your work personality?
Get. It. DONE!
What excites you most about joining the live Baltimore team?
The people on our team and the mission-driven work.
