Meet the Principal

Armanda Gwynn-Carr is the result of what Baltimore City Schools’ “Great Kids” can become. As a graduate of Baltimore City Public Schools, Principal Carr earned a bachelor's degree in business management from Coppin State University, a master's degree in special education leadership and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in administration and supervision from Notre Dame University of Baltimore. She returned to our “Great Schools” and has served as a special education and a general education teacher, a staff developer, an assistant principal and principal. Carr believes that the key to student success is true collaboration between the school, parents and the community.
