How long have you lived in Baltimore/what brought you here?

Seven years. My wife wanted to be closer to her family and we wanted to be in a city that wouldn’t cost as much as NYC or DC.

Which neighborhood do you currently live in?

Locust Point

Are you a homeowner or a renter?

Homeowner

If you had to live in a different Baltimore neighborhood which would you choose (pretend money is no object)?

Mount Vernon or Roland Park

Best things to do in Baltimore on a Saturday night…GO!

Diamondback Brewery (or any of the other amazing breweries around town!), Camden Yards, invite some friends over and have a party on our roofdeck

What is still on your Baltimore to-do list?

Forest Park and Mount Pleasant Golf Courses, Tour Fort McHenry, so many other restaurants to eat at…

Who is your favorite Baltimore mascot? Mr. Boh, the Oriole Bird or Poe the Raven or someone else?

Mr. Trash Wheel!

What one piece of advice would you give to someone moving to Baltimore from out of town?

Don’t listen to the bad or negative press, get out there and meet your neighbors and learn more about all the positive things happening around here.

What do you love most about the city?

I love being able to sit outside and get to know my neighbors, whether they’ve been in their homes a couple of weeks or over 70 years.

What is your preferred mode of transportation?

Scooters

What is your favorite feature of the city?

The City is made up of a ton of different neighborhoods, I love learning more about each one of them.

Pets on Wheels, The Buddy Foundation

What’s your favorite outdoor city activity?

Beach Volleyball at Baltimore Beach

What is your superpower?

I have a superhuman sense of direction 😊

Which Baltimore celebrity (past or present) would you most like to have dinner with?

Mike Rowe

What is your favorite locally made product?

There’s a little shop in Brooklyn that makes custom stained-glass transoms, I LOVE the one they made for our house, really helps it stand out.

What is one thing you want the world to know about Baltimore?

This City has A LOT more to offer than what you see/hear on the news

What is one thing you’d still like to learn about Baltimore?

I am always looking to learn more about different ways that I can help improve the city, whether it’s homebuying programs, tax credit programs, non-profits doing great things, or just neighborhoods taking the initiative to improve.

What three words best describe your work personality?

Driven, Helpful, Passionate

What excites you most about joining the Live Baltimore team?

Having the opportunity to bring the local real estate community together to help more and more people each year discover how great this City is.
