Applying for the $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore Incentive Lottery
Twenty incentives will be awarded to qualifying applicants on May 14 at 3 p.m. Please follow the steps below to apply for the incentive.
Note: Your attendance and completion of requirements at the Virtual Trolley Tour event will be verified by Live Baltimore staff. Read these documents closely to make sure you meet eligibility requirements.
After completing the Trolley Tour, you may apply for the Buying Into Baltimore incentive through Baltimore City’s secure online application form. You will fill out an application and upload all of your documents through Neighborly, Baltimore City’s incentive application portal. When applying make sure to select the Buying Into Baltimore incentive checkbox.
After applying, a Live Baltimore staff member will review your application and send you an email to schedule a one-on-one Zoom video appointment for application verification.
Attend your scheduled verification appointment before noon on May 14. It will take less than 30 minutes.
