Our Trolley Tours are your chance to take home tours, explore neighborhoods, connect with real estate professionals and community organizations, sit in on expert-led workshops, AND become eligible to apply for $5,000 toward the purchase of a home anywhere in Baltimore City! This event is held three times a year.
Whether you’re just getting started on your path to homeownership or ready to make an offer on a home soon, there is something for everyone at this fun and informative homebuying event!
Want to learn more about Baltimore neighborhoods and see examples of homes for sale? This event is for you! Participants will have a chance to go on tours of Baltimore City to view featured neighborhoods.

Qualify to Apply for the $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore Incentive
After completing the Trolley Tour, you may apply for the Buying Into Baltimore incentive lottery through Baltimore City’s secure online application form. Applicants have 10 business days following the event to secure a contract on a home, fill out an application, upload all required documents and complete a one-on-one interview with a Live Baltimore staff member.
