State of the City Market
Live Baltimore presented its annual summary of neighborhood residential real estate activity for the 2023 calendar year at its standing-room-only State of the City Market event on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, held at Coppin State University.
Live Baltimore’s Executive Director, Annie Milli, provided key takeaways, trends, and highlights from the City’s 2023 residential housing market. A panel discussion about West Baltimore projects and development followed the presentation, and the event ended with an audience Q&A session.

3301 Dorchester Road — A completely redone detached home in historic Ashburton that was purchased for $576,500 (twice the neighborhood’s $288,250 median) in April
2301 Whitley Road — A recently built, corner lot home in Cheswolde that was purchased for $845,000 (nearly three times the neighborhood’s $309,500 median) in July
510 Drury Lane — An architectural gem in Ten Hills that was purchased for $515,000 (more than $150,000 above the neighborhood’s $385,000 median) in September
2412 Reisterstown Road – An updated, porch front rowhome in Mondawmin that was purchased for $230,000 (more than three times the neighborhood’s $69,000 median) in October
411 Old Orchard Road — Another architectural masterpiece in Ten Hills that was purchased for $600,000 (more than $200,000 above the neighborhood’s $385,000 median) in October
