What is Locke Landing?

Locke Landing is Baltimore City’s newest waterfront community, located on Baltimore Peninsula in South Baltimore. This community offers new construction townhomes and condominiums with a view at an asking price starting in the upper $400,000s. Construction is still ongoing, but homes are available for interested buyers.

Property Types

Locke Landing features a variety of townhomes, including 16-, 20-, and 24-foot-wide options. The community will also feature two-story condominiums (a.k.a. two-over-two condos) and an apartment building, including a parking lot and options for guest parking.

Community Amenities

In addition to the community’s waterfront location, residents can enjoy a community clubhouse, fitness center, outdoor pool, walking trails, a kayak launch, and more! Additionally, townhome buyers will revel in their one or two-car garages, deck and/or rooftop patios, and driveways (for some).

Neighborhood Conveniences

Locke Landing is ideal for those who enjoy access to waterfront activities, the I-95, and the businesses in Baltimore Peninsula and South Baltimore. Possible Homebuying Incentives

If you are interested in purchasing in Locke Landing but are looking for a way to reduce your property taxes proactively, we’ve got good news for you. This community is eligible for the Brownfields Revitalization Incentive Program (BRIP). This incentive program reduces property taxes up to 50-70% for qualified buyers for up to 10 years.

Additionally, if you’re an interested buyer who works nearby, you may want to look into Live Baltimore‘s Live Near Your Work program. This homebuying incentive, funded partially by employers and partially by the City of Baltimore, is for individuals working in Baltimore City and can be used toward your down payment or closing costs associated with purchasing a home in Baltimore City.
