Baltimore Highlands in Southeast Baltimore is home to a diverse cross-section of the population that includes artists, blue-collar workers and young professionals. Today, Baltimore Highlands is growing and stands out as a majority Latino neighborhood in a city where Latinos are less than five percent of the overall population. The area has the advantage of proximity to key assets, including the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Patterson Park, transportation, and varied businesses of the Highlandtown Arts District.
