Mid-Town Belvedere is named for its geographic location in the middle of town and the famous Hotel Belvedere building that lies within its boundaries. Now condominiums, the Beaux Arts-style building offers efficiency, one and two-bedroom units. Other housing types in the neighborhood include rowhomes and high-rise apartments. This neighborhood is popular with DC commuters due to its proximity to Baltimore's Penn Station.
