Description
Brewers Hill ZIP codes: 21224
The neighborhood gets its name thanks to 2 landmark breweries: National Brewery & The Gunther Brewery, which are no longer operate as breweries, but are very important to the area. As you enter the city, it’s easy to spot Brewers Hill because the National Brewery “mascot” and Baltimore staple, Natty Boh, hovers high in the air and greets you with a wink. These former breweries are now home to mixed-use developments which include apartments, work space and businesses. The neighborhood is very walkable and both residents and people who work in Brewers Hill take full advantage of these amazing amenities. Like most Baltimore neighborhoods, Brewers Hill is a great mixture of old and new. There are many great New Construction homes and apartments for sale and rent, as well as conventional, attached row homes where many homebuyers and renters reside. Many row homes in Brewer’s Hill have cozy front porches. Prideful flags of sports teams and refreshing messages fly high and are another welcoming element to the neighborhood.

What I love most about my neighborhood
I love the amenities of a big city, arts restaurants and sports team, but still have the charm of small neighborhoods. I love attending the many Heritage Festivals around the city. My office is only a 2 minute commute from home. Never have to worry about traffic or snow delays.
What brought me here
I have lived in Baltimore my entire life. Born at Mercy Hospital, attended Patterson High and the University of Balitmore. I have three children, one of whom is brand new. I moved back into the city 6 years ago and love Brewers Hill. I am also a real estate agent with the Wiley Group of Keller Williams Legacy Metropolitan. Our office is right on Canton Square.
